I might finally have been able to get your attention as to why our ProShop haven't been working for us at all this December. As web design is one of the things we do best at our agency, I quickly found out why I couldn't connect, and I did let you know, twice, that you were about to lose your .NO-domain, but it seems that your tech-team has been sleepy before the holidays.

To keep a .NO-domain, you need to have a valid Norwegian VAT-number or to be a citizen of Norway. And keep a domain provider that doesn't shut down.

As this wasn't registered to the domain, it was suspended - and then placed on the market.

But don't worry, I got your back - and to make sure this domain wasn't picked up by a domain shark, I made sure to keep it safe while you were busy printing Christmas products for agencies in other parts of the EU.

Sure I am a little disappointed, but I'm not here to make any trouble. Mostly, I just want our system back to work - and now that I finally got your attention, just get in touch so I can let you know how we can transfer this domain back to you.
